Welcome to 8TH DAY FITNESS, the personal training affiliate to sport and adventure club 8th Day UK.

Let me introduce myself - I'm Ross Williams, and I'm a qualified REPS* level 3 personal trainer including pre- and post-natal training, based in Surbiton and serving all the surrounding areas including Kingston, Richmond, Teddington and Twickenham. Whether you're looking for a general improvement in health, to try your first foray into getting fitter,  to achieve a PB over 10K or in the marathon, or anything in between, I can help. I can do this via a series of one-on-one sessions, or through a weekly series of group sessions. There's something to suit all budgets, and all levels of fitness.

Let me also state here on the homepage, that personal training is NOT JUST FOR FIT PEOPLE! The benefits of a personal trainer can be far reaching, and include:
