PRE- AND POST-NATAL TRAINING

Understandably your day to day priorities change when you discover that you're pregnant or have had a baby, but the importance of fitness during this period of time is as hgh as ever.

Not only for the mother of course, but a healthy mother makes for a healthy baby, and many of the common stresses of pregnancy can be combated by an appropriate training programme.

It's understandable too that you want to return to your pre-pregnancy shape as soon as possible afterwards, though in reality this is not as easy as some celebs would have you believe, when you've been up all night looking after the baby! However a suitable and regular programme both during and after pregnancy can help you to do this as quickly and as safely as possible, and I can help you make sure you're doing the right thing, keep you motivated, and fit it in around your schedule.

I can do one-to-one sessions to fit in around you, or group sessions during the week between 12-1pm at various locations around Kingston (Bushy Park/Richmond Park/The Thames Path etc)
