SOCIALS AND ADVENTURE

Having run sport and adventure club 8th Day UK for a few years I know the benefits of having a really good atmosphere at events and activities, so I'll be encouraging those from the groups particularly - though any private clients are also very welcome - to various social nights every now and again.

In addition I will also be holding some 'fitness weekends' away throughout the year (details to follow soon). Finally, any private clients will be given a FREE annual membership (normally £120) to the sister club, 8th Day UK, enabling you to come along to any of the events or weekends or holidays that I run with that. To qualify you must have done - or committed to - at least 10 one-on-one sessions.
